We are looking for an Account Manager for the Porto area.

  • Monitoring current clients and prospecting for new ones;
  • Being the main point of contact for all issues relating to customer concerns and needs;
  • Building and strengthening relationships with clients to achieve long-term partnerships;
  • Keeping accurate client records, monitoring all contract updates and renewals;
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our service offering to improve direct and cross-selling to clients;
  • Keeping track of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs;
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the business;
  • Prepare progress reports for clients and senior leaders in the organization;
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities and communicate regularly with the sales and marketing team.


  • Proven professional experience in a sales role;
  • University degree;
