We are looking for an Account Manager for the Porto area.

- Monitoring current clients and prospecting for new ones;
- Being the main point of contact for all issues relating to customer concerns and needs;
- Building and strengthening relationships with clients to achieve long-term partnerships;
- Keeping accurate client records, monitoring all contract updates and renewals;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our service offering to improve direct and cross-selling to clients;
- Keeping track of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs;
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the business;
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior leaders in the organization;
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities and communicate regularly with the sales and marketing team.
- Proven professional experience in a sales role;
- University degree;
- Analytical and innovation-orientated thinking;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to argue;
- Interest in learning more;
- Autonomy and productivity;
- Good interpersonal relationships;
- Sense of responsibility;
- A love of working as part of a team.
