ActiveSys reinforces the commercial, pre-sales and communication team

Sílvio Paiva, Sónia Diogo, Álvaro Santos and Catarina Correia reinforce the ActiveSys team in the first half of 2020 strengthening the company’s commitment to its customers and partners.

ActiveSys bet, throughout the first half of 2020, on expanding its team to match the needs of the market with qualified professionals aligned with the company’s ambition. António Louro, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, says “Even considering the exceptional moment we live, our plan is to grow more than 70% compared to 2019, we believe that the commitment to strengthen our team of employees mainly in the areas related to contact with our customers and institutional partners, demonstrates our ambition to have a strategy of proximity to the market, seeking to meet their interests and expectations.”

The commercial team now counts two new reinforcements: Sílvio Paiva and Sónia Diogo performing functions as Executive Account Managers. Sílvio Paiva has extensive experience in the industry, having exercised its activity in recent years in Information Technology Solution Providers. “I am very excited about the new challenge. ActiveSys is a young company with tremendous potential. Its innovative and disruptive way of operandi meets the expectations of customers and the human resources that embark on this journey. We are certainly making a solid and safe bet with almost immediate return,” he says.

Sónia Diogo is an experienced professional in the field of information technologies with strong sales and negotiation skills. “I see the challenge launched by ActiveSys as a qualitative leap in my career based on proven empathy with the people who make up this company and in tune with the strategic vision in the Portuguese. I consider the experience of human resources a fundamental condition for the success of any company, and I went to find at ActiveSys a set of professionals who associate the know-how and the ability to respond to the will to win. I hope to be an asset and contribute my work to the success of ActiveSys”, she says.

The pre-sales team was reinforced by Álvaro Santos as Consulting and Pre-Sales Manager. Álvaro Santos’ experience in the information technology market and his motivation and commitment to the project are a huge asset for the integration and communication of the various stages of pre-sales. “My motivation to integrate ActiveSys was to be able to collaborate with people I value a lot and with whom I have teamed very successfully in previous projects, in addition, the company’s strategy and objectives is in line with what is my vision and way of being.”, he says.

Catarina Correia is another of our reinforcements performing functions as Communications and Marketing Manager allowing the company a communicational approach, both internal and external, based and aligned with the current growth. “Integrating ActiveSys is embracing a challenging and constantly growing project that will certainly contribute to my professional enrichment.
